All shipments are subject to a $30 deposit before service can be rendered.
Value of any item that is being shipped must be disclosed the time the order is taken in writing
An estimated cost of the service and the cost of the shipment will be determined at the time the service is ordered but does not render a final amount until the Shipment has been labeled and ready for delivery.
River Cruise Pack and Ship acts as a third party on behalf of the customer receiving the package at the destination. River Cruise Pack and Ship acts on the behalf of the person sending the package to its destination. 
All Courier Services will be performed through United Parcel Service, FedEx, FedEx ground or through the United States Postal Service.
River Cruise pack and ship also reserves the right to inspect any prepack packages of suspicious origin as they represent the shipper.
All items at its destination be signed for by the specific person with a valid ID that was specified on the order as it was shipped for delivery.
